I would give this place a 3 star review. The Good: On boarding Experience The staff members in the front are super amazing people. Carl was amazing when it came to customer support and helped me with everything! Maintenance Response Maintenance comes as soon as a email had been put down, I've opened a request which resulted in someone coming down and resolving my issue in less then 2 hours! Visual Appearance The community is well maintained and kept clean. The Bad: Parking at Night If you work an overnight shift, this may not be the best complex for you!!! There is NO parking when you come home around 2 in the morning. There had been times where you can be parked 3-5 buildings away from your own to find parking, parking is more heavy at the buildings near the front. Price per Square Foot The price per square foot with the units are currently above market, there are other apartments in Orlando/Kissimmee that provide more affordable units with the same amount of square feet (Including near same amenities) Maintenance Follow Ups I had a leaking sink, the person said he would have to order a faucet and get back with me. Never did after a month. Misleading Expectations I was told the units came with soft close drawers when i visited, they did not come with them with my unit. I had a leaky water faucet. There is a wood board between my bedroom and the living room which looks like an eye sore due to me having carpet on both sides. I thought I would get a white granite countertop, but I got another color instead. Different hardware from visited unit. Gates Breaking Down They had the east gate down for a month (out of their control), but still should have had spare parts available. We have another gate down as well right now (but has been left unlocked).

Great Property. I recently moved back to Orlando after being a gone for a year and I jumped into the 1st apartment I could find. BIG mistake. Finally my lease was coming up and I found my apartment here at Camden Lee Vista. It was completely remodeled right before I moved in. There were a couple of items that the contractors didn’t complete. I called down to the front and within 15 mins maintenance was here and fixed everything right away. Any issues I have had they have handled and handled quickly. The maintenance staff is on point. The entire front office team is a joy to be around. I go to the office once a week when I am getting my mail and they treat my 4 legged child like he is a king and he loves it. Any questions or issues are handled ASAP by them. The community uses an app to control all the gates and it is amazing. Hit the button when you are pulling in and the gate is open when you get to it. I always hated gate cards, having to roll down your window in the pouring rain just to open the gates. The apartments are great. Have a modern look and feel to them with everything you would need. NO COMPLAINTS living herel

Been living here 6 months since relocating from NYC. In 32 years living in NYC never had a bike stolen. 6 months here already the second bike stolen. Both times It was my 8 year old son bike. The first time I let it slide. But this time I had it chained up and they cut the lock.
