DO NOT live here, By far the worst complex you could go to in downtown. Might look nice on the outside but in reality the staff just want you to keep your mouth shut whenever you want to file a complaint , they literally do nothing except say “I’m on the problem right now and will fix it shortly “ and never do. There are cockroaches coming from every single pipe and spraying and cleaning doesn’t help. Paying for trash pickup is useless. We have had for the past year trash piling up our front door because their staff is too lazy to pick it up (even though We pay for it). They come into your apartment announced and the explanation is sending a email about it the night before. Overall horrible experience. And don’t get me started on the lack of security and theft that goes around. ( Also Camden staff don’t bother copying and pasting the same response that you guys post on here for whoever leaves a bad review. I know you guys know who I am and know that you guys never were able to do your job) Except Emma who would actually follow up on situations.

This place has two big problems: 1. The Amazon packets often dissappear, the neighboards ask the management improve the safety but they have not done anything 2. Many cockroaches come through the pipes, he spraying they do is not effective, you have to hire a private one and pay it yourself, but you still have to constantly cover the drains
