I called an hour before they closed to get general information about the community since downtown orlando has various apartment homes and I could only get the concierge. After a 15 minute hold time I called back so still 45 minutes before closing and was informed that the leasing team has left for the day. You need to treat your prospective tenants better. Not impressed. Be better. 0 stars.

Nice gym, nice pool and a good location. The only issue I have is them raising my rent by over 25%. Going from $2,063 to $2,733 (FOR A ONE BEDROOM)… Time to find a new place. Peace out Yard.

The building is nice, cool pool with stunning views. What a great concept, I just wish it wasn't run by such a disappointing management company. The in-house team was nice enough but management is shady as hell. They don't give you proper notice that your lease is ending yet have it in the contract that if you dont give 90 day notice, you would have to pay an extra month of their over priced rent. A whole other month!! It's not like they email you or give you a letter a head of time to warn you. It's a way for them to steal another month from you before leaving. I was lucky enough to have given them notice but they "lost" my email saying that and I had to fight and prove to them I had because "we have not record, sorry, please pay us $2,800 now". Then when I moved out I hired a cleaning company, had the whole place detailed, filled in & painted all the holes from pictures using their provided paint. Worked really hard to get the deposit back in the full amount. Check out the pictures below but as I predicted, they scammed me again. My deposit was $2,850 and they gave me back $247.16. What a joke. Their really terrible people and will try to steal from you any chance they get. The views are great but the management team isn't worth it. So many nicer places downtown. Also, like everyone else: Fire alarms, parking, the over priced food at The Hall. I did love the coffee place and gym, so theirs that.
