Updated summary to star loss: Office CLOSED ON THE DAY RENT IS DUE. City View has been sold to another company, and so far things are messed up, so I am editing my review and dropping a star. I will update this as things go. Since the old online payment cannot be used and the new one isn't ready yet, we have to pay by check this month. Minor inconvenience unless you cannot TALK to anyone in the office. The voicemail is disabled. There was no one there for half the day on the 1st, they were telling people the wrong amounts on the 2nd, and on the 3rd (the due date) they are closed. CLOSED ON THE DAY RENT IS DUE. To observe a holiday which is on Monday, which is also a day they are taking off. There is no problem with them taking the actual holiday off, but do not extend it to the day rent is due (if you wanted to extend, do Monday and Tuesday), especially when there is known transition issues, especially when you were already hard to get a hold of. I worry for my fellow residents and how this may be a preview of things to come under the new ownership. --Original 5 Star Review Below-- Clean, safe and low sound issues! We have not seen any bug or other issues. If you keep clean, you're fine. It is annoying though for a smoke free apartment that every night we begin to smell cigarette smoke. I doubt they check to make sure smokers won't smoke inside the apartments. It must be seeping through the walls or floor. We are using air fresheners now, but that is one expense we shouldn't need to purchase. That is our only negative point, not enough to drop a star. Free parking in the parking garage for up to 1 spot per adult is great too. The parking garage is actually rather safe compared to what many reviews show. If you don't drive recklessly, you're fine. Yes, just as on the road, there is about the same chance for a reckless driver to hit you, but when its the same chance as on the main roads, driving the parking garage should not worry you.
