Avoid at all cost. Greystar is a horrible real estate company that doesn’t care about it renters just profits. Just how they handled the pandemic was extremely disappointing . With everything going on, they charged daily late fees for missed rent and refused to waive them. When it comes time to speak to collections they simply mention government rental assistance that management never informed people about and an interest-free payment plan. I can’t imagine how much they made off of people losing their jobs and being unable to pay rent. Highly recommend you go to another complex owned by a different company!

Not a fan of the front office. You can only use the gym during office hours and they make you give them your id while you workout like your a little kid. When the gym closes at 6 which is when office hours close but if you work or have classes all day it’s basically impossible to fit in time to go to the gym. A big bonus of apartment complexes is the fact they a have all these amenities at the front office you can use but what’s the point if it closes so early.

I am on my 3rd year of leasing now, and I just want to shout out Homero (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Elizabeth for always being so kind to me and helping me even though I’m at the leasing office at least once a week to get my tons of packages lol. The Lofts is a great place to stay! The maintenance is always quick to fix stuff and the CA’s at the leasing office are all so nice to talk to! The roommate matching here has gone pretty well for me and I haven’t had any serious problems while staying here.

Hi Daniela, We rent to anyone who meets our rental criteria but we do cater our property to students who attend UCF, Valencia College, and the surrounding colleges/universities.
I don't know what the penalty is, but I know you can work with the office to sub lease the apartment.
Thank you for your response Cody but actually only our electricity has a cap. All utilities included are electricity (with a cap), water, sewer, cable, garbage removal and property wide Wi-Fi.
Hi Martha. We do not have a graduation clause however, we do allow for reassignments in which the resident would need to find someone to take over their lease.
