I have been living in these apartments for the third year and I am very satisfied with everything. I especially want to highlight the office stuff. Manager Trish Enriquez is always friendly and respectful to the residents, always open to help in any situation. She is fair and always protect the rights of the residents. I am also very grateful to Vivian, she has helped me more than once in any question, she is always kind and professional in her work. Maintenance guys is the best professionals. They do their job quickly and qualitatively. Highly recommended this apartments.

This company hides from the truth. They know what they did was wrong. They can't face the fact that Trish, Vivian, Carmen and Jean are all responsible for a death. They refused to help paramedics into the building. Trish reasoning was because her mother died. all she wanted was revenge. The apartment manager Trish is an absolute monster. The maintenance man Gene is a horrible man. They do not care about residents. I hope anyone who lives here does not have a medical emergency. They will not help. They would let someone die than to open the door and break protocol. Gene the maintenance man is a monster. Trish decided to lecture me on the importance of having a spare key instead of realizing my mother was dying in her apartment. Trish is the reason my mother is dead. She refused to let the paramedics into the building. Why would I ever respond to this business? Your gonna tell me how there’s nothing to be done you followed protocol. Let the world know millennia 700 does not care if you are dying in your apartment they will not help you. They will let you to die and Trish will tell you it’s your fault. Do not trust her or this company they are instead.

I would like to say that the property manager Trish is rude and is unable to do her job. The way she spoke to me when I brought up a security issue in my unit was extremely disrespectful and disappointed. Been in this property for 7 years and I’ve never been treated this way. She told me to get out of her office as my “venting time was up” she needed to join a zoom meeting with corporate and then proceeded to tell me that she’s kind enough to listen to me because other people (property managers) wouldn’t give me a time of day. Told her it was her job to do so and she didn’t like that so she became more rude. The issue I’m facing is that people keep going inside my unit and the reason I find out every time is because they dry clothes and stains the inside of the dryer. When I wash my clothes( mostly whites) they get ruined. Brought it up to the property manager and she dismissed my concerns and claiming they have a system where maintenance are “monitored” reassuring that couldn’t be true. This is not the first time that I let her know, it is impossible for me to have that issue because I know what I wash and don’t. She only suggested buying a camera for the outside door. Why do I have to spend more money on security when this is the reason that I’m paying this property so much. The other thing she mentioned is that all cameras on site are fake since they don’t work. Brought up another issue with people following you to go inside the garage and she flat out said, there’s no cameras. I do not feel this place is safe after her claims that nowhere is safe. Lol her job is to protect the property and provide good service and so far that’s not the case. I approached her September 16th and told her that I need this issue resolved as I cannot dry anything in my unit. Today is September 19th and nothing. She took my phone number down and no call. This is so unprofessional and not to mention all the clothes that got ruined and nobody is paying for that. Good luck getting anything resolved.

Yes the office staff is 5 Stars!! Those ladies are all just wonderful!! I moved here from Chicago a few months ago and what support have I received from them. I love the property which is well maintained I love the maintenance crew they are great I love the well kept grounds. I really love when it may be a issue as Tenant’s we are notified immediately. Trish and her staff just have allowed me to be extremely comfortable and safe and know whatever a issue is it’s not to big for them!!
