This is the WORST place I have EVER lived! These apartments are cheap, but I promise you not nearly worth the money! They are infested with roaches. I cried on my move in day because of how grossed out I was by my own apartment. The floors are basically just concrete with wallpaper on top. They have no type of flood control, so if you’re on the first floor, your apartment WILL flood and the wallpaper floors will peel up and cause mold to form! Then they will charge YOU for their old dilapidated apartments falling apart. If you actually decide to give your money to this scam operation, I suggest that you get every single one of your complaints in writing, so that you have proof when you inevitably have to protect yourself from these leaches!

We have had a very smooth move in experience, thanks to Devin Legge. Even though it was out of his office hours, he patiently waited to complete our move in formalities (especially given the uniqueness of our situation). We have received adequate support and information upon moving in and we look forward to having a cordial stay at The Place.
