I arrived late from work and the garbage from building 17 smelled like rotten food, it is not the first time that this happened (actually this building smells like garbage since I moved here) despite the fact that they charge for picking up garbage !!!, , it is incredible that with all the diseases that exist and even paying they don't worry about picking up the trash or making people clean their own spaces
