The maintenance man here can't be trusted. He has been known to steal from apts while tenants live there. The people who works the office is very hard to contact even when there is a emergency. They can be in office and they don't answer the door which is always lock and they always let calls go to voicemail.

I have black mold in my apartment I reported it to the office they did nothing but retaliated they lied about how my car was parked to have it towed I parked in the same spot since I moved in if you're a person of Color run they are very racist and discriminatory

The place has cameras but, they don't monitor the back lot, the office or the drop-box/ mailbox.

Not me. & I've lived here almost 5 years. Never had a problem.

I believe its income based but the people in office are rarely there.
Ownership has went back and forth over the last few years. I used to live there a few years ago. But the community overall is nice. They're just very old buildings and need high maintenance. I think they're working on the shingles right now. But they need more done for sure.
I wouldnt recommend this place. Kids deserve WAY more then this place has to offer
