the night shift workers are rude and nasty to customers. i have been here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times they acted like they did not want to be bothered by costumers. both times i got there at 7:45 and they were all sitting in the bar area and took close to 5 minutes to even come out and help me. once i got out on the range it was 8:15 and they turned our screens off that tell us how far we hit. so we asked them to turn them back on and again, attitude. the last time i was there around 8:25 i asked to get another small basket of balls, which i can hit in under 20 minutes and they told me that they shut the registers down for the night with attitude. while i was hitting other customers were complaining too and i definitely will not be coming back after 6:00 pm.

Husband, son and friend have went several times to just hit large bucket of balls. 1 time husband had a club break, took in, staff said, no problem happens all the time! Hmm, ok. Son & friend comfortable enough now to go by themselves, kid breaks a club just hitting the ball, goes in and staff tells teenage boys, ok, sorry it's another $5 to get another club!? It's expensive enough, they didn't have another $5, the boys had to freaking share a club for the rest of the time! Ridiculous!! These incidents happened in the same month. I get repair costs but make it consistent or make sure the dang clubs are worth using! Very disappointed, will not consider this place to teach my son how to play golf! Manager not very polite either!!

We love it here!! Madelyn is always a huge help for us. Have been enjoying the Tri-State tournament for 5 yrs now. Nice putt putt, heated driving range. We recommend!

Staff not helpful, wslked in to counter to pay dor mini golf, guy tells me i have to go to other cashier, then when leaving made comment about kids running all over course while we were playing, no apology, only response well it was a birthday party. Never had this bad of experience
