they’re rude to customers. i called and after waiting for a while, after 5 seconds of them answering they hung up. i then called two more times. they didn’t answer. after one last call, we were on the phone for 10 seconds before they hung up again. i’ve worked some hard jobs, it doesn’t take much to pick up a phone ringing
