I've been looking to purchase a guitar, amp, headphones and accessories. Visited the store 3 times this week, walked around 10-20 minutes each time, nobody offers help. Having conversations or small task work. I'd be surprised if this place doesn't lose a lot of money from theft and/or not speaking to customers. I went back because I keep missing another stores business hours, but will just wait until I can make it to the other shop.

I bought an acoustic bass guitar that they overcharged me for. The sale tag read $297.49, but I was charged $319.99! I'm going back to the store to try to get my $22.50 back! These guys are shady crooks!

Brendan. You are way better off selling this on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. You'll receive possibly a third of what it's worth in Guitar Center maybe even nearly half of the thing is really cool in USA
I believe it would be the cost of the strings plus labor few ( don't hold me to it but I believe it's something like $12 : I change my own strings). Full acoustic instrument set up is $49-well worth it.
