Love panera bread But....this one is way below par. Order was wrong... twice. Staff was more interested chatting to each other about daily life than waiting on customers. Management wake up!

Went last night for dinner and they were short handed and had to go into the restaurant instead of drivethru because of it. Ordered a large Caesar salad which when I got home was inedible due to all the lettuce was completely wilted and some were bad. Totally disgusting. And they could not make any flatbreads either! Wont be returning anytime soon to this location. Will be going to another location nearest to me that is always on point!
