So I call BS on that one. If you treat people like children and teach your employees to follow whatever stupid policies you dream up because you are fearful of lawsuites then I will take my business to where they treat you like an adult with a brain.

What was the problem? Sounds like you had a very bad experience at this Panera location. We've visited several different ones across the country, and depending on the franchise and location, we never had problems. But in the beginning, we did have trouble at this Houston Road location.
