Buy a fan that's not an emergency
The closest one to the office is and i haven't figured out how to buzz my friends in when they call
I lived there for 4 years. You're rent is suppose to cover you for access to the pools, the workout rooms, free WiFi on property and a business center as well as a gated property. For a year the business center was closed, the gates are there but they are usually open so you're paying to have some security, but get mine. That place used to be nice, but it went downhill from there. That place is over priced, rarely maintained and the only upkeep being done is on the landscaping, but not in the units. So you ask why? Because they don't care about you or your family. They only care about how much money they can make every month and that's it.
It is the regular office number you just have to go to the prompts and pick one through four pick the right one
The system may be down
You can pay rent and put your maintenance request online thru your resident portal, is the fastest way..!
