I have lived here for 2 years & I am anxious to find somewhere else to go in December if the prices drop on houses or apartments. This place is a DISASTER ! Roaches 24.7 they came and sprayed my apartment ONCE in 2 years & it made it WORSE. I submitted like 4-5 work orders for different things in this apartment including MOLD , drawers are like 100 years old just painted over they’re falling over & doors too. Ceiling fans were not on right , AC is always messing up , Every single night you hear gunshots which is the same reason I have to leave my kids inside everyday. Maintenance drive around on their phone in the golf carts & never fix anything. I waited over a month for them to unclog my kitchen sink. Toilets and showers are always clogged & I have came out of pocket & fixed stuff myself bc you will wait an eternity. THESE ARE NOT REMODELED THEY ARE JUST PAINTED OVER MOLD IN THE TUB , CEILINGS AND CABINETS HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION AND THE LADIES IN THE FRONT ALWAYS WITH ATTITUDE !!!! DONT EVER APPLY HERE !! RUN WHILE YOU AT IT HORRIBLE

Lorenzo at east mil apartment, it's worst apartment for people's to lives,Because I got so many issues,I got a leak from the kitchen ceiling it's been a while ago, they sent a guy to fix the leak,this freaking guy opened the ceiling and fixed the leaking pipe l,after that he left all the nasty insulation all over the kitchen and I have 3 months son and 6 years old daughter they're coughs and sneeze a lot, I thought it was the insulation problem, Ac no good, toilet got problem to flushing
