This building used to be a decent building to live in. Now however in the last month and a half there has been 7 fake fire alarms , a complete lack of transparency regarding them. Last night we had one go off at 11 12 and 1:15. This is on top of a large rent increase. I have also seen broken fire doors including one with a handle completely snapped off and one propped up by a fire extinguisher. It has gotten so bad no one believes the fire alarm anymore and it’s now a health and safety issue. Don’t move here . The maintenance team however is top notch so there is that

Maintenance team is awesome! Love Dillon/Dylan and Jose! Front desk is awful though! Not personable, the worst of any apartment downtown, and pretty rude.

I have lived at Camden Thornton Park for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier. It is the perfect location in Downtown, just a couple of blocks from Lake Eola. It is nice to lay out by the pool or relax in the hot tub on the 4th floor. But what really makes Camden Thornton Park special are the people that work there. The maintenance staff is really on their A game. I have only had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of promptly. Leasing agents Andres and Andy are so polite and courteous, and always go above in beyond in making sure people's needs are take care of. I am honored to call Camden Thornton Park home.
