The management for these apartments only want Asian people living here, because they themselves are Asian. ( Vietnamese Cambodian etc). They barely & I mean barely have ANY other nationality living here. So if you are not of Asian decent you will most likely get discriminated against.

Yes, BUT it’s not separate. One lane for 2 cars. So if the other person is behind you, you’ll need to move that car to get yours out. I hope that makes sense.
