The WORST apartment ever. DO NOT move here. I’ve been waiting to write a review but cannot wait any longer. They decided to paint the hallway floor and when I left my apartment there was globs of wet paint all over that ruined my shoes, they DID NOT let us know. I’ll list below all my complaints. -My carpets were soaked on my move in day, some of my belonging were damaged. -Trash everywhere, all of the time -They are extremely rude and unprofessional in the office -My apartment is literally caving in. I can see all the beams in the walls and ceilings. -My AC unit had BLACK MOLD in it and they wouldn’t fix it until I threatened to take legal action. Don’t move here. Listen to all the reviews.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years. We’re dying to move out. We moved in during COVID and unfortunately have not had the opportunity to move out. The management is a joke, they beg everyone for reviews so here’s mine. They act like they care when you express your concerns or issues. Nothing gets done about them. The apartments are old and outdated. They don’t actually “fix” anything, just paint over it or give it a temporary fix. If you have an issue with your neighbors, don’t expect them to help at all. There’s homelessness all around the neighborhood. The LEAST they can do is hire some nighttime security since they don’t even want to fix the lights at night. There’s loud people at the pool until midnight and they dont do anything about it except remind us of “the rules” via e-mail. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I recommend looking somewhere else for apartments.
