Prior to re-signing, my rating would have been higher. Problems during my current lease include being left without running water in the kitchen, utilities and one of the bathrooms for a week (with no form of compensation), and uncontrolled flooding in my kitchen that destroyed the kitchen floor (floorboards coming up). The complex itself is nice and front desk staff is great, however as of late I feel that maintenance and management has other concerns.

Justin and Debbie at the leasing have been absolutely wonderful. Very friendly concierge staff. Efficient move in and application process. In love with the view from my apartment. Minor adjustments needed in apartment. Key fobs slightly beat up.
