Impressive the Lack of administration of this complex, I thought I had rented an apartment for rest and tranquility, and between weeks and weekends, the scandals in the pool area are scandalous until late at night, and here they do not nothing about it, try to look for other options where to live

$500.00 That's how much rent went up here. That's how much you can expect in your renewal this year. No parking, parties till 3am blasting music, no security. Bikes have been stolen off locked porches, cars have been broken into and vandalized. Gates are not for security per the office, they're for 'access control'.. Don't get me wrong, it's nice but not worth the $. Half of the gym equipment has been broken for months, the poolside grills never have propane and they add extra fees to your rent each month. Like 50-150 in fees. Don't make this a long term stay. They are taking advantage of this situation and the management company should be ashamed.

Nice community, all areas are clean... excellent service from the ClubHouse staff... and located in a good area where we are close to Publix, good schools The Loop
