The room is not awful. The porcelin on toilet is chipping. Only one elevator out of three worked. There's no stair access that I could find (except the emergency exit). The breakfast was not worth $12.50. I wouldn't even pay $4 for the breakfast (fake eggs, mediocre pancakes, limited selection, and only one juice). We had a voucher for the breakfast yet the guy still tried to charge us for it. They were supposed to give the voucher for the breakfast at check-in but they forgot so we had to go get them. There was a lady at the front desk who was super nice named Christina.

Positive: The staff were very respectful & had great work ethic, they provided us with towels when asked for some. It was the opposite of what the recent reviews had said about ithe hotel, great experience. Negative: There needs to be additional lighting in rooms.

I travel for work and use the IHG brands exclusively. I average 100 nights a more a year. I honestly say this location is amazing. If you want something close to downtown and yet not super far from DFW airport. What I loved the most about this location with it being right next to the Dallas North South Freeway you really don’t hear the traffic. Breakfast at the restaurant was basic but delicious and the waiter was really on top of his game. Don’t pass this location by if you need a great nights sleep for a good price.

Hotel fine, location great, linens good, security is fine. Interior is dated. Avoid talking to anyone at the front desk. They like to hear themselves talk and LOVE to milk the "pandemic" excuse for all it's worth to not do housekeeping. The front desk staff likes to argue and give long winded answers instead of providing good customer service. Avoid talking to them and your stay will be better.

I don't think they do. Search in Google for "tacos near me" and you will find a universe of good choices, trial and error, and you will find your new taco heaven
