People. We live in an entitled age. Itβs tragic. People are ungrateful on a zombie apocalypse scale. I saw reviews about not enough light then too much light in the parking lot .. Keep an open mind and read between the lines of reviews objectively. Experiences are mostly relative to who you are . That said. My room was very Clean and quiet! Bed sheets felt clean. Bathroom tub and toilet are the standards for room sanitation and both looked very clean and sanitized. It stayed extremely quiet all night on second floor. It was a Great area.. Whole Foods, Starbucks, tons of restaurants etc nearby. After sunset Parking lot was brighter than a baseball game ( bright outside.. not inside room.. the blackout curtains work great ). A/C decent.. lil hot. Strong Coffee in lobby always on standby. Staff lady seemed like going through something.. probably the constant bombardment all the entitled people who leave hasty ungrateful reviews. You get what you pay for.. itβs fairly priced for its age. It was not loud and I thoroughly enjoy viewing aircraft coming in for landing ( which stopped at night and you couldnβt hear inside ) . Great pool area too .. :-) Have a good day. If you stay grateful things get better for you. If you are ungrateful, they will become worse. I gave them 5 stars because I see much improvement from the complaints. Keep up the good work, youβre doing great.

The room is a tiny, slippery bathtub π hazardous. Also, the supervisor name Ophelia is very mean and unprofessional. She did not acknowledge that I am an elite member, and they did not provide me water as a welcome member. I made six reservations, and no one has greeted me as an elite member. It's a shame they do not follow the policy of Best Western rules. Also, the neighborhood looks pretty dangerous, and I have seen police surrounding the area for drag or other activities. At this hotel especially if Ophelia at front desk and don't expect as guests arrive at the door with expectations of the quality, value and service your business will provide.

It's a great location and the beds are comfortable. However, the rooms aren't sound proof (i.e. you can hear people slamming doors or flushing the toilet), I found a bug in my room, and the A/C underperformed. The ceiling of the bathroom had multiple places of repair, with minimal retouch done to it, which made the room feel gross. The jacuzzi obviously overflowed and ruined the drywall, which wasn't replaced. The picture near the jacuzzi had taped glass from whenever it fell off the wall.

We enjoyed our stay. During check-in, you have to put your initials and signature on a form to ensure you keep the property the same way and safe. The gentleman that check us in was kind and I love they sanitize the pens. Also, they require a card to hold(debit/credit) a deposit which is only used if you damage anything. We payed through a third party and this was how it was explained to us. Room was clean and included a microwave, mini fridge, iron, blow dryer, and other complimentary amenities. For the price, it was a great stay and they even offered a complimentary breakfast (eggs, biscuits, pork breakfast sausage, cereals, fruits, package muffins, juice, and coffee). They also have vending machines for a snack, but we didnβt use them. The location was great and there were many restaurants to choose from within minutes of the hotel. We only stayed one night and will come back if weβre in the Dallas area again.

Only in the suites, not a public hot tub but there is a pool for guest use.
