This hotel has the BEST service I've ever received, the people are amazing. Cleanliness, location is decent depending on where you are trying to go. All types of amenities. & Beautiful. One thing to keep in mind... You have to pay to park in their garage.. which is a bit difficult to get back and forth to, especially with bags - IF you do not get a good spot.. So - pay a bit less for garage (not sure if charges daily or each time in/out as you use your key card.. or ease of valet & text to get your car rolled up in 5 minutes.

We had a great experience! Exceptionally clean, great staff, nice amenities. No room service or free breakfast so we doordashed a LOT. The pool was smaller than expected but it was very clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were always available and the loungers were very comfortable. Parking garage was safe and well lit. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to visit again!

Upon entering the hotel, the staff seemed friendly and the hotel looked exceptionally clean and welcoming. Check in process was quick, and we were able to get to our room within 15 minutes. The room was spacious, with large windows and a large bathroom. HOWEVER, our sheets had some stains on them, and our shower was broken. The handle flew right off the wall, and the shower head wasn’t working. It was a major inconvenience and we had to change our room around 11PM. Although they did accommodate us immediately, I hope they can check these things thoroughly before letting a guest stay in the room in the future. Besides that, everything else has been pleasant. The breakfast in the morning is great, with a huge variety of food options.

My overall experience was great. The bar was good & drinks weren’t to high. They let you take the drinks back to your room. The feathered pillows I hated. Because they go flat which makes you need more. There was a $50 deposit which was normal for a hotel deposit. You do pay for parking which I didn’t enjoy at all. I think this was my first time paying for parking at any hotel I stayed in Dallas. Parking was a bit high $20 per night plus tax. I had a higher quiet floor. The bed & sofa was comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival. Overall great customer service. Will stay again.
