Booked here for a girls trip this past weekend. The location is perfect our room had a great view of the city and that’s pretty much where it stops. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, their were pieces of debris swept into several corners of the room. My cousin dropped something behind the bed only to find more dirt and debris behind the bed. Cigarette butts were left man the balcony from previous guests who covered the smoke detectors in plastic. When i mentioned this to the front desk I was told she would make sure the room got cleaned the next day, that never happened. For the price we paid for our 4 day stay I would have expected a clean room

Every time I’ve overnighted here I’ve had such pleasant accommodations. From our van drivers to the cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk is so accommodating to all of us and I know that’s not easy.. Robin!, thank you! In the decade I’ve been flying I have yet to meet a manager that not only retains but double checked us on our van times. After a long hard day? That’s easy to lose sight of. You’re exceptional! Whoever did the hiring here found a gem.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! They are always friendly, helpful and smiling whether you're coming or going. The rooms are clean and maintained and the housekeeping is impeccable. Everyone on the staff is really doing their best to make sure that our guest experience is the best possible. The hotel has a modern, clean vibe and is conventionally located. I just wanted to give a special thanks and shout out. I'm sure I'm off on the spelling, but I wanted to thank Malique, Diedra and Robin for going the extra mile to save my charging cords, hub and heart rate monitor that I accidentally left behind on a previous visit. Everyone worked together to make sure that I got them back over a month later on my recent stay! I cannot thank each one of them enough. Thank you so much!!! Thanks again!!

The most upsetting thing about the hotel is that you are not able to exit through the stairway. They are clearly marked as an exit but the ground floor is locked from the inside. If there was an emergency you have to wait for the doors to be unlocked. Sadly when I asked the manager, kiki wright, why this was she was unable to provide an explanation. I truly felt unsafe there. The hotel is also very dated. It seems they put all there efforts in to making the lobby look nice but the rooms were seriously lacking. There was mildew and rust in the bathroom and The lights were falling off the walls beside the bed. I feel like I've stayed at super 8's that were nicer.

I think there was a HDMI input, but as a previous answer says, wifi is not that great. So, if it's for online gaming, you should cancel that.
Yes im almost positive that they do, but, if its possible, I would try another hotel. Not because of anything against The Sheraton or staff or anything like that, my stay was great actually, only because of the price. For what you would be paying there, you could get a much nicer room elsewhere. Try the Trivago app and see what you can come up with. It really does do exactly what the commercials say it does.
Sorry I can't help you
