Went to the Swansea store well kept store, Lisa was very helpful nice and made transaction smooth had a problem with the pool after it was installed. Talked to Lisa about it she promised to get back to us within 2 days. Never heard from her, called a number of times and she never returned the calls, tthis was in early may. Do not go there they are not reliable

This place is a great place to start your pool and get new ideas for the summer fun . Also the people that working there are very Professional . I had been doing Business with Namco pools for over 20 years.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Lisa and Eddy at the Swansea store. I will never use their store or speak highly of either one. I needed a Hayward salt system, I was delivered a different system. When I first approached Eddy I was told that they were all out of the Hayward and he could only give me a credit of $1100.00. Another time I was told to go to home depot and buy PVC pipes and get a plumber and I should b all set. Than I was told to call every Friday because eventually they would get the Hayward in. In the mean time, Lisa the store manager never returns my calls. I finally catch Lisa at the store she tells me she is calling the district manager, she comes back and says she needs 24 hrs and they will solve my issue. 72 hrs went by, Lisa never called me back. I called I spoke to Eddy, I expressed my frustration he promised he would speak to Lisa and call me back. It's been 3 days no one has called me. This went on from May 20 to Jun 17 shame on you 😔. I called Attleboro, Emily told me to give her 10 minutes and she was going to try find the Hayward and call me back. This girl called back within the 10 minutes, apologized because no one has the Hayward, but tells me to come by her store and she will reimburse me. I am still in shock. Emily I give you 5 stars, you listened to my story and YOU wanted to help. Thank you Attleboro 😊
