This place needs some major renovation work done unfortunately. There were exposed wall plates, random pipes sticking out of the wall, missing trim and other various issues. The elevator was not working when we stayed and I could not get the hot water to work in our room. A friend stayed in the room next to me and they had a broken coffee machine and there were tears in the curtains like someone had slashed them with a knife. On the positive side, the workers were friendly and the lobby is cute. I hope they make some improvements to this hotel.

Don't stay here!!! The elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to use the stairs where there were large, questionable stains on the carpet. Got to the room where we found large screw holes on the door which I had to make sure wasn't going all the way through the door so nobody could see into the room. Inside the room the furniture was run down like it had been there for decades. There were weird white stains running down the bathroom door. We had looked the hotel up online prior to booking and realized after getting here, that none of the pictures online come close to matching how run down this place truly is. The pictures were either stock photos from the company or doctored photos. We arrived late at night as a pit stop and decided to not even stay and continued our drive home, which was several more hours, rather than stay in this hotel. Very, very bad!! Skip this hotel at all costs!!

very bad experience. When I got there I was the only one at the lobby and it took them 20 mins to get the manger and get me checked in. The presentation of the room wasn’t that bad but I couldn’t help but notice that the covers of my bed sheets had a burn hole as if someone put their cigarette out on it. Also my room wasn’t all the way clean. There was a clipped toenail on the ground. The blinds of the room wouldn’t close all the way. And what bothered me the most was that the water wasn’t working. I couldn’t use the restroom or shower at all during my stay. I have videos to provide evidence. I need a refund.

When I booked this hotel online it looked nice. Once we arrived, I was disgusted about the choice I had made in picking this hotel. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. When we notified the front desk, maintenance came and sprayed the carpet with air freshener that lasted 2 minutes. The smoke detector was broken and maintenance did a crappy job fixing it. The air conditioner did not cool the room well. No coffee pot in the room. The countertop was busted. I never received extra towels that I had requested at check in. There is a $100 deposit that I was never told about until check in and there is a chance you don't get that back. This hotel is an overpriced disgusting dump and I will never stay at a Quality Inn again!
