A great clean and affordable place to stay near Dallas Love Field, in Dallas, Texas. A very nice young lady (perhaps on the day shift only) checked us in and showed us their amenities. A man (appeared to be of the Iran descent) worked the all night shift was aloof and lacked good customer services. When asked for assistance, he was not accommodating, just lazy. He understood English because when we checked out, he was more attentive because his supervisor was present.

Room was not cleaned and no apology was offered when brought to the manager's attention. The breakfast was overcooked both mornings. So the eggs were a nice shade of brown. The breakfast attendant was less than eager to help. He was more interested in what was going on with his phone. If I had not used my points to pay for the room I probably would have asked for a partial refund. FYI, this hotel sits in an industrial park. There's not much else around it open after business hours.

We booked this hotel, as we needed somewhere to spend one night before a flight at Love Field and I wanted an airport shuttle. When we pulled up, I started to get concerned... the location feels a bit sketchy and the parking lot is gated. Upon walking in, the front desk staff was OK, but I felt ignored while they discussed which rooms were ready. (And the room they were going to give us, which was blocked from the inside.) At least when we got in a room it was clean with a comfortable bed and no loud neighbors. We requested some extra pillows, but never received them. We decided to skip the breakfast and head straight to the airport. Note, the "free airport shuttle" is just an Uber they order and pay for. Overall, decent deal for one night and I'd stay again, but would probably look at other hotels first.

The staff was great! Beyond great! The place was very clean and smelled of freshly used cleaners. I was very happy until I showered. The shower floor was funky and felt like it was not clean. The handle in the shower was grotesquely sticky with who knows what, so that was disappointing. The bed was a little hard but still comfortable. Breakfast was overcooked, so I just made a waffle. I would stay here again, provided a clean shower.

The exit I think is at 11am or 12 I DO NOT DORMI ALL THE NIGHT OF MY RESERVATION BECAUSE THE ROOM IS FULL OF WATER LEAVING THE BATH PEDI I CHANGED MY ROOM WHAT I DENIED AS THEY DID ASTA THE 6 AM I ASKED TO LET ME REST FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT WITHOUT SLEEPING AND WHAT WHAT AT 11 AM ALREADY HAD A GRINTANDOME MAN ALMOST WAS DRIVING THE DOOR TO HIT OUT OF THE ROOM AND I SPEAK BY RADIO TO ANOTHER 2 MEN WHO ARRIVED IN A DARK CAR AND ASKED ME MY ID ASKING ME A THOUSAND QUESTIONS AS IF THEY WERE WORKERS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SOME SECURITY EMPLOYEES OF THE HOTEL WHICH DO NOT DO THEIR WORK WELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS A HOTEL OF TERROR The exit I think is at 11am or 12 I DO NOT DORMI ALL THE NIGHT OF MY RESERVATION BECAUSE THE ROOM IS FULL OF WATER COMING OUT OF THE BATH PEDI I WILL BE CHANGED OF ROOM WHAT I DENIED IT DID ASTA THE 6 AM I ASKED TO LET ME REST FOR ALL THE NIGHT WITHOUT SLEEPING AND WHAT AT 11 AM ALREADY HAD A
Check in is at 3, but my flight came in early and they were able to get me into a room at around noon. It just depends on what they have at that time.
