I don't like writing negative reviews, but this is the worst hotel I've ever been to. We stayed in room 205, which smelled very strongly of mold and actually had some orange mold on the vents. The bathroom was tiny, only being able to fit one person at a time. Baby cockroaches crawled through a tiny hole in the wall behind the toilet. The shower pressure was so hard that it was painful. The shower curtain did nothing to stop water from getting all over the floor of the bathroom (and the floor is slippery when wet!) but there were only two towels provided so I couldn't clean it all. DO NOT CONSUME ICE FROM THIS HOTEL! I got some ice from the ice dispenser near our room and put some in my water, and felt sick a few hours later. Sure enough, once all of the ice melted we saw pieces of mold floating around in it!!! Also during our stay we visited our friends in room 222, and the staircase and balcony leading to the room were SLANTED and obviously unsafe to walk on. The staff weren't necessarily rude but were unhelpful and indifferent to any issues we ran into. After our friends checked out of their room they asked us to talk to staff about an item they left in their room. We asked the manager if it was found by housekeeping, but housekeeping had apparently not arrived yet, and he refused to contact them about it. He was at least kind enough take us to the room to look inside, but didn't make an attempt to make himself known or even check to see if someone was inside before trying to enter. There was a guest inside and they were very startled by this, as were we. The fact that the hotel STAFF would barge into any room - plus the lack of security in the hotel - made us feel very unsafe staying there. While breakfast was decent, it was anything but sanitary. There was only one (dirty) utensil available to self-serve eggs, sausage, hash browns, bacon, etc. If you have an allergy to meat or eggs, that cross-contamination could cause an allergic reaction. Overall this was an awful experience. Do not bring your family (or anyone!) here.

I stayed for 1 quick night for a Business trip to Dallas here at the Best Western. I was very pleased and satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean, everything worked well, the internet was sufficiently fast and the Shower was one of the strongest and most powerful Hot showers I have ever experienced! Additionally the complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful courteous and kind. Date of stay: May 2022

Stay somewhere else!! The only thing missing was a chalk outline of a body on the floor. I didn't know the area and wanted somewhere cheap for 1 night. I wish I'd made a better decision. The staff were decent enough but the rooms are old and dirty and they stink. The main light in the room was so dim that I had to use the torch on my phone to find another light switch. I am sure the lads in the room next door were smoking seriously strong weed. This is not a bad review because something upset me, it's just terrible. Really really terrible. Sorry.

Good deal for the area. I was put in the room next to the elevator engine so I was woken up most times the elevator was used overnight. The breakfast was very good though and the facilities otherwise were fine. The water pressure in the shower was almost excessive.
