I love the location of this property! It’s in north central Dallas and so close to everything. It’s on the border of Plano and Addison which is a great place to be. As a single mom, I feel so comfortable living here with my daughter. Being in the Plano school district is also a huge plus and very important to me. The maintenance staff is always so attentive and willing to help whenever needed. I can honestly say I love living here! The apartments themselves are so nice and cozy. My favorite features are the Dallas White granite counters in the kitchen, the big under mount kitchen sink and the wood burning fire place.

I moved here from Mesquite/Garland area after 20 plus years! And had planned to stay in that area. During my search for an apartment I stopped by The Regent and the leasing agents were very friendly and welcoming. They treated me as if I was already a resident here. ReAnn was extremely helpful. Her knowledge and customer service was outstanding and always is. She made the transition very easy for me! I’m glad I chose this property as my home. I no longer have to drive to the other side of town for anything! Everything is right here within minutes!

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! As a first time renter, this was absolute was the best apartment to stay in. Stephanie helped me with the application process it was smooth and fast got approve so quickly. The atmosphere in the office is amazing, I literally feel welcome every time I walk into the leasing office. Everyone in the office is super nice and willing to help you. And the maintenance are on it! If there is an issue they will get it done quickly! I really wanted to renew my lease again but since I have got a new job I need to move, but the good things is that You are literally in the middle of everything, meaning Plano, Addison, Carrollton and Richardson is all around you. Super easy to do some shopping on your days off. I really enjoy my stay here. Thank y’all so much for everything!!

I have been living on this property for 4 years and it has never been so run down as it is with this new management. The pool is always dirty. Laundry room has 8 washers and 8 dryers and only half of them work. The valet garbage service is supposed to collect the garbage daily, but they never collect it. The trash they charge $ 25 a month is $ 300 a month and it's a mess. they never pick up the trash in my apartment and it's always overflowing the baskets
