The property is a scam, their service was good before I paid the deposit, but after I paid the deposit, I couldn't contact any of the property's staff any longer, I was baffled by the whole process, the only call they have answered is with very impatient and bad attitude, they refuse to tell me anything about the apartment that I have paid deposit on, and after that, they won't answer my phone.（Because I was in another city and couldn't visit the property in person). I tried to send emails and received with a strange reply that only have one letter in it. I am a student living alone and I feel very helpless right now, at this moment, I feel like this property has cheated me out of my money, and I am sorry that the city I am going to moving to has given me such a bad impression because this experience. I don't think this is a responsible property and very dishonest.

Lived here 2 years and overall had a good stay. Pros: Leasing Office staff were always super nice and helpful and were great to deal with before and during Covid and the crazy snow storm back in February 2021. Staff was always willing to work with you and help. I enjoyed my time living there. Maintenance was super on top of things. Always got things taken care of the very next day. Honestly any and every issue was handled great. Landscaping was regularly well maintained. Package Delivery was pretty good too. Very clean, well kept complex, very communicative about things and changes, quiet and safe. Never saw or heard of any car break ins during my stay. Easy to pay rent and do maintenance requests online. It is in a nice area with multiple apartment complexes around and has a park you can walk to. Super close to the Turnpike, Tollway, supermarkets, restaurants, so whatever you may need is just a block or two away. The cons: Finding a parking space at night was often difficult. There were times I couldn't find a spot. So, I do recommend getting one of the covered reserved spots if you can. Once I did that, never had an issue. Guest parking was a bit tough at times too as there are no dedicated guest spots. Neither pros nor cons , more like fyi: Like another review said yeah lots of planes do fly by, but not much at night. It affects the whole area not just this complex due to the Addison airport nearby, but it still is a quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the front gates would often stop working but would stay open when it did, and they would quickly fix it. Other than the limited parking, overall great staff, maintenance, and time here.

I've lived Briargrove at Vail for 1 year. This community service is the best around this area despite I've lived 3 different communities around. 1. Officers and managers are really kind and nice. They really quick respond and solve resident's request. 2. Maintenance service is really fast. You don't have to wait more than 24 hours. The manager and maintenance technicians always wait for residents (In other communities case, you need to wait at least 2-3 days to solve issue) 3. Officers even work on weekend. Some of apartment community offices don't work on Sunday although residents have issue at their room for weekend. However, Briargrove at Vail officers work even on Sunday as nice customer service. They try to figure out issues for resident weekend as well. 4. Briargrove at Vail is really clean. They manage and clean the apartment very well. I am a person who is really picky and has a lot of complain, but I never disappointed with Briargrove at Vail.

I've been here a couple weeks now, and I've never felt more at home. Christina and Kelly have been truly amazing. There were some small maintenance items when I moved in, but they took care of them all very quickly. I even had a package come in from home that contained food, and Christina actually stored it in their fridge until I could make it to the office! The neighbors are friendly, community is clean, and the area is pretty quiet. All in all, I absolutely give my experience here 5 stars, and I really am looking forward to staying here.
