Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. Fabulous hotel. Fabulous staff. Have stayed here many many times. The service is excellent. The Library is a warm and comfortable bar. The entire stay at this hotel is 5 star. You won’t be disappointed.

We will most definitely be back. The history of the hotel makes it unique and I love how they kept a lot of the historic pieces to it during the renovation. The addition of the pool and spa were genius. It really adds to the ambiance. My favorite part is the Library Bar. The staff is amazing, the drinks are wonderful, food is good, and the performers are top notch. The Hotel is in a great location and walking distance to some pretty cool restaurants. The only thing that could use some work is when trying to order room service it was hard to to reach someone. Had to call several times before anyone answered and at one time my husband got really frustrated so he went downstairs to talk to someone at front desk to place an order (Not a deal breaker though) we still had a great experience.

Room was nice and spacious. Meeting room adequate. Catering food was poor. warm pretzels serve at break were dried out/not fresh. Ceaser salad served at lunch was not fresh lettuce. Never received folio on email as requested. very lengthy wait to reach the front desk from outside the hotel. The phone number on the hotel website does not connect to the hotel directly. Not rushing back.

I only gave it two stars because the bed was very comfortable. I stayed alone, though, and not only did the valet staff ignore me for three minutes when I pulled up my car to the stand, but then a clerk at check in ignored me while I waited in line. Another guest had been in front of me with one clerk helping them, but when another arrived, instead of offering to help me, he simply had a casual conversation with the other guest and had to be asked by the other clerk to help me. If you want to be made to feel like you are being treated like you are "less than," stay here. They'll do a good job of that.

I would suggest making reservations on line or by phone prior to arrival to ensure there are rooms available. I am sure they will accept cash to settle final bill. Although, they may ask for a credit card upon arrival. Something you should ask the staff about ahead of time to avoid any misunderstanding.
