Highly disappointed. When in need of medical attention I always go here. It’s 5 mins away from my home. I arrived at 8:15p and was told they were closed. I told her the sign says you all are open until 9pm. She told me they were at capacity. I’ve never been turned around and told to come back tomorrow when in need of medical care. If a patient come in at 8:55p and you close at 9, you should still see them. It sucks because the staff wants to go home. I understand that but patient care comes first. If the sign says that you are open until 9pm, I would expect that you keep your doors open until that time. Capacity or not. I will not be returning.

The quality of service here is terrible... only come here as a last resort! I don't know how they still manage to stay in business. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. I came in and walked up to the desk and the chick just ignored me and continued to go about her buisness for about 5 minutes(even thought she SAW ME standing there) until i finally got sick of waiting to be acknowledged and spoke up. I asked the nurse why she needed my SSN for (i have NEVER been asked for this info from a provider in my life)and she rolled her eyes at me and got snappy with me. Both receptionists AND the nurses have very nasty attitudes and are extremely rude. They're miserable and it shows. You will leave feeling worse than you came. I left feeling disrespected and degraded. Very uncomfortable experience. Go to the one down the street next to Tim Hortons instead.

Heard the NP in the hallway complaining how she had 4 days left here and couldn't wait to get out because they wouldn't pay her enough and the place sucks. Your rooms are not sound proof watch what you're saying. The ladies out front were talking about how they were going to call in tomorrow and were browsing on indeed for other jobs with a waiting room full of patients. People can hear you.

This place used to be good , it’s gone downhill, no Communication whatsoever, shame because this place used to be my go to when I couldn’t get to my doctor, just gonna find somewhere else to go for now on

Depends on patient volume and staffing. Health care is struggling. Every where has long wait times. Unless you are about to die expect to wait. Especially at walk in places.

No appointment required. It's a walk-in facility but if it's work-related you should call ahead just to be sure they have the right paperwork etc. Be sure to bring your photo ID and insurance card :)

Yes they are considered DOT physicals. If your employer is not paying for it the fee is $75 cash,check,credit,or debit. They are by appointment only M-F during daytime business hours 225-5252
Im afraid Michael is right. Probably why one of the 1st question they ask is, if it is work related or straight up ask you, if this is a workman's comp case.
They only want cash or credit and then tell you they can't do anything
They don't do anything but take your co pay and then tell you to either go home or go see a real doctor. Go to the emergency room instead
