This place seemed really good at first and the reviews were awesome. I’m not sure if I visited on an off day, but it was literally the worst experience. I waited almost 4 hours and they left me in a room without anyone telling me what was going on. Then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me (its literally just an ear infection). The first provider came in and was confused and had to call a second person to look at me which took over 30 minutes. Then they prescribed me antibiotics that are given to children and didn’t give me a referral to any ear specialist. Literally have the ear infection again a month later because of their incompetence. At a different urgent care who have said I 100% need oral antibiotics. I don’t recommend these providers because they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t know how to treat something as simple as an ear infection.
