Quick, efficient process and kind staff. This is my second visit to this location and both times were very positive.
Our Finest Hour
The nurses and staff were great. They really care about their patients. Courteous and caring. I highly recommend WellNow for your urgent care.

I was impressed by the process implemented to care for patients with minimal exposure to Covid-19. The staff was pleasant and I was out pretty quickly.

I made an appointment for 10:00am and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time as instructed. The website indicated that I was number one in line yet I waited over 40 minutes in my car before a room was available. I then waited for an hour in the room and I had to go and ask about being seen before being seen by a provider. I understand it’s an urgent care and they are dealing with a high volume of patients but why have people make appointments if you’re not going to honor them let alone forget about you altogether. I had to secure childcare for this “appointment” and I waited an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. I would definitely think twice before returning to this urgent care facility. It is very poorly run.

They are open 8am to 8pm daily!
You can walk in, but there is a waiting period because it is always busy. They normally quote a 1.5 hour wait time, but it often isn't that long. When I went on Saturday, the wait time was 2.5 hours and they asked if I'd like to make an appointment for 2.5 hours later.
They did not as of a few weeks ago
I took my daughter here after she fainted at one of her volleyball games. They were all professional, helpful, caring and very attentive. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Thank you guys, for a wonderful experience in a time of concern
Well I can save him experience they're really nice people there since you have a lot of anxiety they're probably going to address these issues with and ask you if you are currently on any other than that they're very helpful
Yes
They will charge you. Best bet go back to Strong. They have charity care you can apply for if your income fits their criteria. Good luck
Yes
No, they could refer you to go get one, if they deemed it necessary
