It appears ownership has changed since our wedding 8/2019 and it shows in many ways. 1. Price - the cost to rent SUIT has almost DOUBLED in less than 3 years. A suit RENTAL costs almost $350 dollars. 2. Customer service/communication - the shop failed to call and notify groomsmen on MULTIPLE occasions including the preliminary and final fitting. It required the GROOM showing up unannounced without an appointment to find out the suits were in. Attempts at making appointments were made by various groomsmen without success so they also showed up unannounced and proceeded to wait 30+ minutes. The shop failed to stand by their mistakes and failed to deliver good customer service and instead made excuses. Each time you do call or go in the shop it is clear that they are very disorganized. 3. Messed up orders - when the suits did arrive and were “ready” they failed to have the complete set and required the groomsmen to go to their location AGAIN when the remaining pieces were ready. Many failed measurements with multiple adjustments needed in the days/hours leading up to the wedding. When the previous owners had the shop they DROVE out to Geneva, NY to make it right for an out of town groomsman. 4. Excuses - I understand we are dealing with unprecedented times but I am sick and tired of the COVID excuses. People are starting to turn their inability to stand up to mistakes into repeated and exhausting excuses. I understand you may be short staffed but that doesn’t allow you to compromise the customer service delivered to others. You need to learn to say no when you cannot handle the volume of customers you may have been able to handle in the past. I am all for supporting small business and turned to this shop when we had our wedding a few years ago. We had nothing but good things to say at that time. We all make mistakes but it is how we deal with them and grow from them that sets us apart from others. It is clear that Vittorio’s has this as a low priority. Unfortunately it is clear that money speaks louder than delivering high quality customer service at this time. Needless to say I will NOT be recommending this shop to friends going forward. I am simply writing this post to save other future customers the hassle and frustration ahead of time.

I tried this place with an appointment and it was a total mess. The worker was taking care of 3 other people during my appointment! So it was very frustrating, needless to say we didn’t purchase thru them and will not return

We are operating by appointment to minimize the number of people in our store at any given point in time. Masks are required for staff and employees. Staff members have been vaccinated and hand sanitizer is available for customer use. Enhanced cleaning procedures between customers is in use.
$25 per day, if you can get it to us on Monday, we can likely waive that fee though.
