The most unprofessional place I have ever been. I tried to explain the full story of what I was experiencing to the practitioner, who interrupted me multiple times, asked no additional questions and didn't even let me fully finish before she started telling me that I shouldn't of come to them for what I was experiencing (regardless of what another doctor recommended I do) I informed her I felt like she was brushing off my concerns (due to her attitude and demeanor- though I didn't get that far to tell her the why) so she started clapping in my face to make her points about how nice she is, walked out of the room in a huff multiple times leaving it wide open, accused me of lying when I corrected her on details of my background, and the entire time tried to hold a service she said she would do over my head for the entire visit that they never actually performed at all. Apparently none of them could make the connections that clapping in a patients face while raising their voice, storming out leaving the private room doors wide open, then having coworkers corner the patient whos sitting on the bed after you walked out a 2nd time and evidently lied to them about what's happening, can and will cause anxiety and other trauma responses in their patients. She also verbatim informed me that all her intentions of actually helping a patient goes right out the window the minute she doesn't get the reactions she wants from the interaction. It is sickening to know this medical "professional" cant get over themselves enough to perform the job they signed up for, and that the head of this facility allows it. But it continued to get worse For 90% of the visit I had to sit through this practitioner stroking her own ego and fishing for compliments or talking about herself and how much other patients love her. Yes, 90% of what was talked about in my visit had absolutely NOTHING to do with me, my concerns, or the issues I was experiencing. Then to top it all off- they billed the tests to the wrong insurance I gave them, I have not seen any test results since that visit (was in last week of Sept- I was told I'd see results 2 days after), AND they called my main work phone instead of my listed cell phone or direct work number, and when my receptionist carried on the message that I would like a call from them on my personal number they hung up and have not attempted contact since. I will never return to this facility again or suggest anyone ever goes here. I gave them an additional week to contact me via the methods actually listed on my patient forms to no avail and am now moving forward with my reports.

The staff are all friendly every time I come in and they help me address my issues very well in a timely fashion!
