My pediatrician was booked and was told to take my daughter to urgent care to check for a UTI. Went in pretty quick. I sat my 20 month old daughter on the children's chair and her foot some how got stuck and she fell directly on her face onto the hard floor. My daughter was bleeding from her mouth and crying. The nurse was in the room the entire time and didn't even check if my daughter was okay. She didn't give me a napkin to wipe her blood away and did not show any concern for her well being. I got up to get a napkin and she continued to ask me questions on why I was there and verifying information. I was so angry. Like why are you questioning me when I'm trying to make sure my child is okay?! she finished her questions and left. Still no concern for my child. The visit was a waste of time. I was told they don't have a way to check babies for UTIs. She saw the tiniest amount of white and considered it discharge and said to treat for a yeast infection. It did not look like yeast. Not knowledgeable at all.

This place is awful; I went in for stomach pain and was seen LAST, many people were seen after me and I asked why they said they go by priority and urgent. I end up going to emergency and had my appendix removed don’t go here if your in need asap.

I took my mom in to UR Medicine Urgent Care in Greece for probable cellulitis. The doctor gave my mom a shot of antibiotic while we were there and said she would call in a prescription for oral antibiotics to our pharmacy. When the nurse gave me the paperwork as we were leaving, she said, "The prescription is not on here, but it will be waiting for you at the pharmacy tomorrow morning." The next day I discovered the prescription was NEVER called in and when I contacted the Urgent Care office, I was told the doctor had NEVER documented the prescription in her notes (nor the shot that was given!), so I would need to take my mom to her primary care physician, who is a five-hour round trip away! Her doctor wasn't able to see her until the late afternoon, so by the time I drove to and from his office, and then picked up the meds, it was evening and my mom had gone ALL DAY without antibiotics for a serious infection (which the Urgent Care doctor had warned could go septic).

I could have gotten care for what I went in for online, but I didn't because I wanted my insurance to cover it. The receptionist was very nice as was the nurse's assistant - which is why I'm not giving 1 star. The PA (Amy Horan) was horribly rude and condescending. When I was trying to explain my symptoms, she was curt and aggressively came at me with, "That's not what I asked!" Which, if she had given me a chance to finish, rather than interrupt me, she would've seen that I WAS answering her question. I am so disappointed in this experience, I would expect a person in healthcare to actually want to listen. But, I guess next time I'll just go to a doctor.
