This shop communicates well and is very transparent with pricing. In my experience this shop is not a shop that will leave your vehicle sitting for weeks and not even diagnose a issue, they are actively looking to find and fix the issue to get your vehicle back to you.

Why did you steal my spare tire? I hope that it served a great purpose for the world. As for me, the guy who paid you over $600.00 for an alternator than that cost about $180.00 fair enough. But why did you decide to leave me stranded on a bridge

Myself nor any of my employees have ever stolen or taken or even been accused of taking anything from a customers vehicle. I am sorry you feel your short commings happened at our shop.
