Second time I have brought my vehicle in for service with an appointment. On drop off I was told that they didn't have me down anywhere and all my information was missing both times. My vehicle sat for over 3 weeks before it was looked at the first time and sat for a week the second time before I had to pick it up because I couldn't go any longer without the vehicle.
