been going to cayuga for prothetic needs for 11 yearsalways a pleasant experience untill august of 2020 fitted for a new leg still havent received after 16 months Ive called and texted catherine to no avail no return calls no concern anymore. not sure whats happening at cayuga but its not good,tALKED WITH CATHERINE TODAY SEEMS LIKE WE ARE HEADED IN RIGHT DIRECTION

We went for a consultation for my child and talked with Catherine and JR, the owner and orthotist, about a special brace. We realized shortly in that we couldn't get exactly what we were looking for but they continued to talk with us and answer all of our questions for the next half an hour anyway. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend.

J.R. also kept me apprised of the status of my insert as well as delivery date. The office staff worked tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure that I received the discount that my policy allowed. If you need any type of orthotic, go no further.
