Just left here. Picked up a weed eater shaft for my brother, who called them 20 minutes earlier. Then when I got to the store, and told them what I needed, they said no one ever called them about the part I needed. Tried explaining very clearly what I needed to the guy at the front counter and he said "you're very confusing," and "put him on the phone." Like I'm some sort of trained animal. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. If I wasent there for my brother and just myself, I would have told them off, and left without the part. I'd rather not have what I needed then to be treated in the manner in which I was." First and last time going here. And don't give me a comment from the owner saying this isn't an accurate representation of your business...clearly it is. Look at how many people are telling you the same thing.
