Years, ago, I bumped into one of those old grouchy guys at Titus Mower, the kind who seemed to demand you justify your entrance into his realm. I avoided the place for a decade. Then, I moved into the neighborhood. Complete change! New staff are very friendly and helpful. They even had a weirdly obscure part for a rider mower in stock! Highly recommended!

Great service and sales. I recently needed repairs done on my Honda mower and they did a great job. I dropped it off and was given an estimated turn around time of 3 weeks due to the number of mowers ahead of mine (probably 30 or 40 as it was start of mowing season). They beat the estimated time and the mower is running like new. I received phone calls letting me know when it was scheduled to be worked on and when it was ready for pickup. They helped load it into the SUV as well.

Horrible and hostile store experience. Very negative attitude of said person on charge.. I'll never go there again. I asked for a simple Cub Cadet gasket. Owner had me drive there 15 miles only to give me the wrong part in a different engine thus offering no help. He made no attempt to retrieve the correct gasket. Another store found it in one minute with helpful advice and smiles. They now have my loyalty and respect.
