Mike came out to fix one of my riding mowers Craftsman LT2000 and ended up fixing my Craftsman LT 1000 as well under 15 min. We thought my old mower was a lost cause but he got got it cleaned up and working and said it runs great and is a great mower and do not accept anything under $500 minimum. I took an older model Ariens snowblower to Pro-Tech to have it serviced and tuned up. It came back looking like brand new and was almost unrecognizable. The snowblower started right up when I got home and rand like new. While picking up the snowblower Mike noticed one of the tires was loosing air slowly and decided to keep it to replace the tube. He was very quick and the snowblower was ready the next day. I would recommend Mike to anyone.

We hadn't used our snowblower for a season or two and brought it in to Mike when it wouldn't stay running. He got it fixed up quickly and took extra time to reacquaint me with all the controls. He really takes pride in his work.

Hi Patrick if it has the white color motor it's not something I service anymore if it's the black engine cover all black I do so I'm about 14 days out right now.

It's not meant to go in reverse when blades are on unless you set key to that option and push button till red light comes on this is all on the key pad area. If that is all done and still does it, sounds like a bad key switch? And this is only one particular model I'm thinking of, you may have something else, But I'm only guessing without looking at it is tough, you can drop it off to me any night during the week 4pm to 6pm or Saturday 11am to 2pm for further diagnoses.
