This is a hidden gem. Last year we stayed in a condo here and loved it so we booked one last minute this year and it was great again. These guys do a great job! Highly recommend! Especially with kids. They had beach stuff in both we have stayed in.

Yes we are on the Atlantic Ocean. About 100 Steps away from the beach and 3 buildings away from the famous cocoabeach pier.

Need a place for Feb 1 to 28, 2018. We've stayed an Ole Grande, a number of times but they're full. Just the two of us, in our early 70's: we're neat and clean. How much for the month? Thanks., Bill
