I have rented at this property for the past 6 years. The property is well maintained, very safe, and the beach access is amazing. My concern is that is feels and is run like an over 55 community. Activities are only geared towards seniors and any time children want to use the pool, families are yelled at and told they can't use the pool. For example telling a child they can't have a small bucket to play, but the disapproving adult can drink his beer in the pool. Told children are not allowed in the pool during certain hours of the day, and we even had a resident who was watching from her balcony come down and yell at my teenager telling her she can't have a pool noodle in the pool, while the seniors who were swimming could have them. Younger families do not feel welcome. A lot of the units are being sold to younger people and I think the senior residents are feeling threatened. The condo community could be updated to look like other modern condos, but the senior board members shoot down anything that is considered change. This place has amazing potential and I hope to see a very updated Twin Towers soon!

Excellently maintained. Right on the beach. Literally seconds to be on the beach. Beautiful heated pool. Very helpful and professional front office staff. Nice residents. Peaceful, beautiful grounds. Stop light to get you on and off A1A. Grocery store, excellent restaurant right across the street.
