Customer Beware!!!! If I could give no stars I would!! The customer service is horrible. I could go into why, and how rude the owner is….instead I’m just gonna tell you don’t give them your business!!! Just bite the loss and buy a brand new vacuum!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! UPDATE!!! My name is not Mary T.!! Please don’t confuse me with another dissatisfied customer!!!! I’m not aware of any threatening behavior from any of the mentioned customers that have given you a 1 star!!! Maybe you should do an in service for customer service!!!!!

Yes we do but the repairs can be limited do to parts restrictions.

We have had more trouble with our cordless Miele. New batteries charger and supposedly new vacuum. Desktop with Jennifer in your other location 6x since Feb. All finallyworkef well for 6 mis. Now dead again. Can you help?months now
