These are my first apartment ever for my first Apartments I would say that there okay they did work with us a lot because of covid-19 I feel like every apartment is different so just make sure you check out different options in the complex some have different features you do get a washer and dryer connection some can rent it for like 55 or 100 a month give or take other than that overall quiet kind of area not too far from the grocery stores if you have cars but if you don't the bus goes right there though Miss Maria and Miss Lisa here in the office are amazing and the maintenance guys are really nice too and they do care

I love living here. The property is quiet and so well-kept. The management team is amazing and is always on top of things. I would definitely recommend!

Be careful if you try to move over here; make sure that’s what you want to do before you give them your money cause once you do you’re not getting anything back. I paid rent on an apartment that I didn’t even move into or had anything transferred for 2-3 days but because I signed that lease agreement those 2 days became almost a total of 800 dollars due to what they call early termination of a apartment. You guys are something else I feel sorry for the young lady Lisa cause she’s just the middle person of management and has no say so. I was nice to you guys and this is how you do nice people; can’t say tenant cause the apartment wasn’t occupied..but that’s ok with management like that and a manager that blows people off like it’s nothing y’all won’t be there long either. You wrong for what you did but remember one thing karma is something else..
