I tried canceling my account for my seasonal camper on the October 4th because I am not there the rest of the year we closed our camper and they said there is nothing they can do but charge me for the rest of the month of October! I have to pay 50 dollars for the month for absolutely nothing!! They said there is a 3 day grace period and did not want to help me at all. Really adams cable you have to be better than this. The service is not the good anyway below average at best.

This place sucks
If you have a few devices connected at the same time its definitely going to slow the connection down, I would call them and tey to figure out if they could troubleshoot the issue to see if something is causing a slow connection. You may just require a bigger plan if youe using a lot of internet.
My internet was acting up and come to find out my one up doing constent uploads ! So check one advice at a time to see which one making internet freeze ! I'm so close I walked in for this answer !!!
Mine cut out earlier. Their network is probably overloaded with everyone's family over using the wifi.
Its their sandard operating procedure. The picture quality and internet speed is never what they promised. I have much better service using mobile data and a roof antenna.
I could be wrong but I was told $5 for basic and $4 for expanded basic. Internet and phone prices will stay the same.
I am not sure where you are located but we do not have any outages at this time. We do have some work being done on our Hamilin Nodes which would affect internet service if you are in that area. If you are not in that area and experiencing an issue please call the office so we can check the levels on your modem and trouble shoot.
Hello Mr. Tyler, Thank you for your question. We had a tree take down one of our fiber lines in the Fiddle Lake area. We have technicians on the seen replacing it. We are hoping to have services restored shortly. I am sorry to hear you are thinking of going to Dish, you definitely do have a choice. Outages and service interruptions are never a pleasant experience for us or our customers. Life would be more pleasant if technology never broke down but unfortunately it does. Most of the On Demand programming is included with your cable package, so is free. There are some movies you have to pay for if you choose to purchase them.

If it is with the programming itself we unfortunately do not control that. We can only put out to our customers what the networks allow. If it is with the menus, I can understand that. They can be a bit cumbersome. But, we are working on a new system that will be much easier to navigate. We are in the beginning stages so I do not have a definite timeline but it will change. I am not sure from your message if you are having an issue with your service or if you are just frustrated because you see our trucks at the pole frequently. Yes you can. I would buy a Docsis 3.1 modem. There is no price difference in service. Adams will supply the modem for free as long as you are subscribed.

There is no universal issue with the system that we are aware of. We show a lot of people logging in to pay their bills successfully everyday. There has got to be an issue with the email or password you are trying to enter. The email you enter must match what is on your cable account exactly or it will not work. Or it may just be as simple as resetting your password. I know you don't want to have to call us every month but I would say to call us next time you are trying to log in so we can help you figure out what the issue is. After we figure it out we can help you to save the information on the website so you do not have to re-enter it every month and take the chance of it being entered incorrectly. We do offer internet speeds that support 4k streaming as long as you TV is 4k capable. However, Netflix does have some recommendations on internet speeds to make the steaming go smoothly. I will add to this. Adams cable is still stuck in the 90’s. They don’t maintain their lines enough which gives you poor connection. They need to close shop and sell to the big dogs in the business. I’m all for local business but not when that charge top dollar and not put money back into their product.

The remote that comes with the Evolution box will control any of the Evolution boxes by default. If the remote is not working it can be reset by holding in the setup button on the remote until the indictator light at the top of the remote turns green, then release setup and type in 987. You will then be able to change channels as long as you point the remote at the cable box. To pair the remote to the box so you do not have to point the remote at the box to change channels you can press menu, navigate down to remote control and follow the pairing instructions on screen.
For a new installation the payment is COD and must be paid to the technician while he's there or by phone to the office while he's there. After you have service installed any charges for services can be added to your next bill if your account is up to date.

No they don't. Nfl Sunday ticket is a Directv exclusive. Adams Cable does have the NFL Red zone channel though.
