I am not sure where you are located but we do not have any outages at this time. We do have some work being done on our Hamilin Nodes which would affect internet service if you are in that area. If you are not in that area and experiencing an issue please call the office so we can check the levels on your modem and trouble shoot.
We didn't have internet most of the day either... did anyone find out what it may have been?
I'm having the same issue. Called 2 days ago and was told nothing was wrong, it was my router. Rebooted it, so it's not the router.
